As the name indicates, the coffee beans come from Haiti and roasted in-house for optimum freshness.

Elda Thorisson-Faurelien opened Café Haiti in 2007 and is the owner of the place. There is a steady stream of coffee-loving customers who come to enjoy Elda’s freshly roasted coffee every day, which she imports from her home country. Elda is well familiar with coffee, working in a coffee field from a young age in her home region
